Target Health offers a body composition assessment service.  This is carried out using a medical grade SECA body composition analyser (is photo and logo), which is the gold standard for fat mass estimation.  It measures fat mass, muscle mass, total body water and phase angle (the quality of your cells), providing you with information about the health of your body.  Having this data allows you to better tailor your nutrition and to see how your diet can influence your health and body composition.    

£45 for initial assessment (20% reduction in price if you also book a nutrition consultation), follow-up assessments will be charged at £30.
