“I contacted Liz after being referred to her by my personal trainer as I had an event I was training for but my weight was decreasing due to the high volume of sessions I was performing. The event was Europe’s Toughest Mudder, an 8 hour overnight obstacle course race, and my weekly training schedule was intense. After an initial consultation with Liz, she carefully went through my daily food diary and began with some early tips on where, and when I should be eating to maximise my training sessions. Over the course of a week, she provided some really crucial, yet simple methods to increase my calorie intake and add benefits to each session. The whole process of meeting with Liz, to gaining her advice, to regular check-ins as the weeks progressed was fantastic. Her knowledge was invaluable, and being a super athlete herself I always felt like she could apply her own knowledge to my training schedule to provide significant benefits! All in all, I managed to maintain my weight and I would highly recommend Liz for any athlete training for a specific event or just looking to improve their overall health. Personally, I finished 15th out 750+ people at my event and a lot of that I attribute to my nutrition plan and the support provided by Liz.”
