‘I just wanted to share a quick note and let you know that I’m really happy with your service. I had no idea how useful a nutrition programme would be to benefit my training. I was eating nowhere near enough calories and eating the completely wrong foods. I now have a set programme that matches my training schedule and have a separate plan for competition weeks. I no longer feel light headed or dizzy during my sessions and have a lot more energy to give more effort in my sessions. I look forward to our next meeting to discuss changing my plan for the winter season.’
